Michelle Bostian, MSW, PCC, BCC, CMP

Michelle is a seasoned executive coach and consultant known for her inviting demeanor and impactful leadership. Throughout her 25-year career, she has cultivated expertise in designing and implementing tailored leadership programs, steering change management initiatives, fostering team alignment, and crafting plans for organizational effectiveness. Michelle’s work is anchored in unlocking the inherent potential within leaders and teams.

As a psychotherapist, corporate leader, trainer, facilitator, and executive coach, Michelle has years of experience coaching in multiple industries, including education, finance, healthcare, and technology. Specifically, Michelle is a renowned leader known across independent schools and is the Coach-in-Residence for the North Carolina Association of Independent Schools. 

Michelle brings a dynamic and dedicated approach to her work. She understands the important contributions of life history, personality, and learned competencies to a leader’s approach. Michelle’s multifaceted expertise and understanding of group dynamics, leadership best practices, and engaging facilitation make her a sought-after coach. Michelle and her husband reside in Greensboro, NC, and have been married for 30 wonderful years. Her three adult children and one granddog enjoy spending time together, boating, or exploring the mountains.
